CoreLogic has created LeaP—an operational leadership program specifically for transitioning junior military officers with demonstrated operations, logistics, and leadership experience to add their unique expertise to our team.
LeaP is not a CoreLogic internship but rather a formal experiential training and development program designed to accelerate the transition from the military to the private sector while taking advantage of the knowledge, learning, and experience gained through active military service.
Over a series of three rotations, LeaP Associates can learn about our operational business units, engage in quality and process improvement initiatives, and ultimately advance to impactful roles.

“Transitioning from the military to the corporate world is significant shift, and most transitioning junior military officers, including myself, are not fully set on what they want their civilian career to be. What sets the LeaP program apart from other conventional rotational programs is the fact that there isn’t a set rotation. In short, you are the decider of your program path. For me this was unheard of, but I liked the notion of having a say in where I rotated next.”
